This role is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all entry point sales locations including airport kiosks, duty-free outlets, and border sales counters. The manager ensures these sales locations run efficiently, deliver outstanding customer service, and achieve revenue, growth, and sales quality targets.
