Job Description
Job purpose: To evaluate, manage and execute transactions under OQAE including, but not limited to: Lead the financial evaluation and analysis of renewable energy projects and companies for potential investment, acquisition, or financing opportunities. Develop and present comprehensive financial models, valuations, and investment memoranda to support decision-making. Structure and negotiate project financings, including debt and equity financings tailored to renewable energy projects.

Qualifications Required
- 16+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial services role focused on renewable energy
