Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end claims reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies between claims payments and receivables. Analyze reconciliation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate and present detailed reports on reconciliation performance and discrepancies to senior management.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any Medical field, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
