This position will be responsible for managing all cost control and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring effective budget control and compliance with contractual terms and company procedures. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), reviewing contractor quotations, evaluating variations and claims, and monitoring project costs from award through completion. Additionally, cost planning and cost monitoring, preparation of interim valuations, verification and certification of contractor payments, maintaining accurate cost records, and ensuring proper contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
