On behalf of a rapidly growing software solutions company, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the MENA region. About the Role As an Assistant Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. From supporting strategic financial planning to keeping records accurate and compliant, your work will directly contribute to the company’s growth and stability. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger tasks. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance workflows and reporting efficiency. Support financial modeling and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors and maintain proper documentation for audit cycles. Keep financial records organized and up to date, meeting legal and company standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or ACCA certification is a plus). 4+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or a related function. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS or local GAAP). Proficiency with financial tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
