Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support our growing business. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day reconciliations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Skills Required

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organizational Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Strong proficiency in Xero

Qualifications Required

  • Good understanding of the Australian Tax System
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
