Job Description
The IT Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring that our Internal Users get the day-to-day support needed to work efficiently in their roles. This position serves as the main point of contact for technical matters for internal stakeholders. With this role being the first of its kind at Airalo, you will be responsible for helping with building out structures and processes for the team, supporting our key stakeholders, helping build our onboarding experience, and being a key figure in helping shape our team and company culture.
